Once a ticket has been submitted, the IT Team will reach out to help resolve any technical difficulties. When the issue has been solved, the Help Desk Technician will contact you before closing any ticket.
If any other issue arises, we ask that you please submit a new request. Replying to a past email will not reopen your tickets once closed.
