FUEL PROGRAM
Got some exciting updates about our fueling and fuel optimization!
One major improvement involves incorporating 700 Pilot and Flying J fuel stops into our network, enhancing our optimization software. These stops offer great benefits for members, including free showers through their rewards program.
Additionally, we’ve adjusted parameters in our optimization software to reduce the number of stops on the road, prioritizing truck utilization and mileage efficiency. It’s crucial to follow the recommended fuel routing for optimal results.
While we continue to refine our approach, these changes aim to keep you, our drivers, on the road and maximize efficiency.
24/7 PENSKE ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE
From flat tires, mechanical failures, or fluid leakage. Penske’s 24/7 Roadside Assistance ensures drivers are never alone on the road.

When contacted, Penske will ensure driver safety, dispatch emergency assistance, provide online visibility of the situation, offer substitute delivery trucks if necessary, and aim to get drivers back on the road within two hours.
Penske roadside assistance additionally offers assistance with truck PMs and federal inspections through their On–site Penske team, available during business hours and weekends.
