DRIVER APPRECIATION DAY

Driver Appreciation Day was a wonderful celebration of the hardworking drivers who keep MVT—and America—moving forward. From delicious food to great conversations and plenty of MVT pride, the day was all about celebrating you. A special congratulations to Christopher Silvas, our 1st Quarter Car Giveaway winner, for driving away with an amazing prize!

Thank you to all our drivers, staff, and families for making this event unforgettable. We appreciate everything you do—today, tomorrow, and every day!

All assigned training is mandatory to help protect MVT’s systems and data. Remember the Phish Alert Button! NATIONAL NUTRITION MONTH

March is National Nutrition Month, and this year’s theme, “Food Connects Us,” highlights how meals bring comfort, culture, and tradition—even on the road.

Stay healthy while keeping food connections alive:

• Meal prep with family before trips for homemade comfort.
• Cook on the go with a slow cooker or portable stove.
• Share recipes & stories with fellow drivers.
• Video call loved ones during meals for a virtual dinner.

Healthy eating doesn’t mean giving up what makes food special—it’s about staying connected, one meal at a time!
