Million Mile Drivers
Another month means another opportunity to recognize some incredible achievements across our fleet.
This month, we’re celebrating drivers who have reached major milestones in their Million Mile safe driving journey.
Every mile represents dedication, sacrifice, and a commitment to doing the job the right way. These milestones aren’t reached overnight. They’re earned through years of safe driving, smart decisions, and consistency behind the wheel.
Congratulations to all of this month’s Million Mile Drivers, and thank you for setting the standard across the industry.
25 Years of Service Recognition
This month we’re proud to recognize Jose Mendoza for 25 years of service with MVT.
For twenty-five years, Jose has been part of the MVT family, helping contribute to the growth, success, and culture that make this company what it is today.
Thank you, Jose, for your dedication, loyalty, and commitment. Congratulations on this incredible milestone and God bless you in this next chapter!
Driver & Employee Referral Bonus Programs
The opportunity to earn extra cash is still here.
Through the end of July, MVT is extending driver referral bonuses to office employees. Some restrictions apply.
Employees can earn up to $1,000 per hire, paid out over ninety days.
Drivers can also receive referral bonuses for referring office employees for open positions across the company.
For more information, reach out to the Recruiting Department.
Careers Spotlight

Safety Reminder
A quick safety reminder for everyone on the road.
Blind spots can put everyone at risk, especially around commercial vehicles.
Remember, a truck’s blind spots include both sides of the trailer, directly behind the trailer, directly in front of the cab, and immediately below and behind the driver’s window.
If you can’t see the driver, there’s a good chance the driver can’t see you.
Stay alert, give trucks plenty of space, and help keep our roads safe for everyone.
Tell Me Something Good
This month, we’d like to recognize two outstanding members of the MVT family.
Noemi Chavez was nominated by Monica Segura for her commitment, adaptability, and years of dedication to the company. Since 1991, Noemi has helped strengthen MVT through her professionalism, technical knowledge, and unwavering work ethic.
And Veronica Charles was nominated by Joanna Reyes for her leadership, support, and commitment to her team. Veronica’s ability to keep morale high and ensure employees feel valued makes a lasting impact on those around her.
Thank you both for everything you do to make MVT stronger.
Father’s Day Recognition
To all the fathers throughout the MVT family, we hope you had a wonderful Father’s Day.
Thank you for the sacrifices you make, the leadership you provide, and the example you set both at work and at home.
Your hard work and dedication do not go unnoticed, and we appreciate everything you do.
Motivational Monday
We’ll close with a little motivation from Alejandro Mendiola, Planner.
“The best way to predict the future is to create it.”
At MVT, we don’t wait for opportunities. We build them. Every plan, every move, and every mile forward helps create the future we want to see.
And we’d love to hear what motivates you.
