Business Intelligence & Maintenance BI Updates
MVT continues investing in smarter tools and greater visibility across our operations.
The new Operating Ratio by Division BI helps teams understand how everyday decisions impact performance through key metrics such as rates, empty miles, truck planning, and revenue per truck.
We’re also expanding our Maintenance BI initiatives to identify trends, track recurring issues, and proactively plan repairs.
These efforts help reduce downtime, improve driver safety, and deliver more reliable service to our customers.
National Men’s Health Month
June is National Men’s Health Month, a reminder to stay proactive about your health and wellness.
Employees enrolled in Aflac Critical Illness, Hospital, or Accident plans may be eligible for a $50 wellness benefit by completing a qualifying wellness check during the calendar year.

PTSD Awareness & Mental Health
Mental health matters, and support is available through MVT’s Employee Assistance Program.
Employees and their families have access to confidential resources for emotional support, work-life balance, financial guidance, legal services, and more.
The EAP also provides up to three free counseling sessions per issue each year, along with 24/7 access to professional support whenever it’s needed.

Driver Appreciation Day Recap
Driver Appreciation Day was a huge success across all MVT terminals!
Thank you to everyone who helped celebrate our drivers and everything they do for our company and industry.
Congratulations to 16-year MVT driver Higinio Ramos, who was awarded a brand new car for achieving the best MPG average and a perfect CSA score across the fleet. With more than 2 million safe miles, Higinio continues to set the standard for excellence.

Driver Referral Bonus Program
For the months of June and July, MVT is extending driver referral bonuses to office employees, excluding recruiting staff.
Employees can earn up to one thousand dollars per hire paid out over ninety days.
Drivers can also receive referral bonuses for referring office employees for open positions across the company.

MVT Fireworks Night
Mark your calendars for Saturday, July 11th. It’s MVT Fireworks Night at Vado Speedway Park.
Employees and one guest get in free by showing their MVT badge at the gate.
Gates open at 5 PM, racing starts at 7:30, and the fireworks show is one of the biggest in the El Paso area.
We’ll see you there for a great night of racing and celebration.
