Driver Scoreboard Updates
There have been several improvements made to the Driver Scorecard over the past few months.
The scorecard provides a clear and consistent way to measure performance across key areas like BOL submissions, on-time percentage, dispatch miles, fuel compliance, MPG, tablet usage, and Green Score.
It creates transparency around expectations and highlights the work that keeps operations running smoothly. The goal is simple: more clarity, better communication, and shared success.
Employee Survey Skills
The results are in, and MVT is the place to be.
We recently wrapped up an employee satisfaction survey, and 82 percent of MVT Family members said they would recommend working here.
That speaks volumes about the culture we are building together.
