El Paso Operations
Local Customer Service Representatives:
Keeping a strong home base is paramount to Mesilla Valley. Our Local CSR’s deal directly with customers located in the El Paso region to provide extensive customer support. Scheduling for this position is Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm. Six months – 1 year of Customer Service experience is required.
National Customer Service Representatives:
Mesilla Valley has numerous customers located throughout the United States. Our National CSR’s deal directly with these clients to provide excellent services and customer satisfaction. The schedules run four days on and four days off; working hours depend on the location of customers (Eastern, Central, Mountain or Pacific). 6 months – 1 year of Customer Service experience is required.
Fleet Supervisors are responsible for directing drivers and company resources in a manner that maximizes utilization of both. Fleet Supervisors are expected to communicate in a clear and consistent manner and with high integrity while providing work instructions to our drivers. Attention to detail and being able to work in high paced and stressful environment is a must. The position is Monday – Friday with occasional Saturdays, hour vary upon fleet performance.
