El Paso Operations
Local Customer Service Representatives:
Keeping a strong home base is extremely important to Mesilla Valley. Our Local CSR’s deal directly with customers located in the El Paso region to provide extensive customer support. Scheduling for this position is Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm. 6 months – 1 year of Customer Service experience is required.
National Customer Service Representatives:
Mesilla Valley has numerous customers located throughout the United States. Our National CSR’s deal directly with these customers to provide excellent services and customer satisfaction. The schedules run 4 days on and 4 days off; working hours depend on location of customers (Eastern, Central, Mountain or Pacific). 6 months – 1 year of Customer Service experience is required.
Dispatchers are the main link between Drivers and Customers; our 24 hour Dispatching center provides accomodations to both no matter the time of day. Our Dispatchers keep in constant contact with drivers to ensure proper delivery and help drivers deal with any issues they may have. Scheduling for Dispatchers are 4 days on 4 days off, either 5:00 pm – 5:00 am or 8:00 pm – 8:00 am. Some experience in Dispatching is required, however training is also provided.
Fleet Supervisors are generally responsible for directing drivers and company resources in a manner that maximizes utilization of both. Fleet Supervisors are expected to communicate in a clear and consistent manner and with high integrity while providing work instructions to our drivers. Attention to detail and being able to work in high pace and stressful environment is a must. Generally position is Monday – Friday with occasional Saturdays, hour vary upon fleet performance.
