Extended Coverage Team Dispatcher (El Paso, TX)

 


 

The ECT Dispatcher is responsible for assisting Operations to efficiently and effectively support drivers of our fast-paced organization. Key measures of success include:

 

  • Strong call handling performance as measured by the Call Availability Report (CAR)
  • High performance of fleets that are assigned
  • Be recognized by team, peers, and drivers as a key supporter
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service with drivers

 

Fleet Manager (El Paso, TX)

 


 

The Fleet Manager is responsible for supervising drivers engaged in operating trucks and trailers. Key measures of success include:

 

  • High utilization of drivers, tractors, trailers and other company resources
  • Maintain a high percentage of target miles for fleet
  • Keep a low turnover of drivers supervised
  • Strong call handling performance as measured by the Call Availability Report (CAR)
  • Be recognized by team, peers, and drivers as a key supporter

 

Planner (El Paso, TX)

 


 

The Planner is responsible for matching customer orders with drivers, trucks, and trailers in the most efficient manner. Key measures of success include:

 

  • High utilization of drivers, tractors, trailers and other company resources
  • Keeping company commitments to customers through a high-level of on time performance
  • Achieving a high level of Manhattan optimizer utilization
  • Maintaining a high level of preplanning acceptance
  • Showing continuous improvement in order rate per mile

 

 

 

Minimum Qualifications for all positions:

 

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Proficient communicator in both English and Spanish language
  • Knowledge of motor carrier operations and geography
  • Intermediate mathematical and analytical skills
  • Competent user of MS Office
